Shipping Times

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Returns and Exchanges

If your deer cart is broken or defective, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to discuss a return or exchange. We will ask you to ship the item back within 14 days.

Cancellation Policy

Please contact us immediately for cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order. Cancellations beyond 24 hours will not be considered. Please reach out for any issues with your order so we can discuss a better solution!
